Principal Therapist | Complex Relational Care
Supporting individuals, couples, and families navigating complex relational dynamics, neurodivergence, and periods of relational rupture.
Schedule Consultation
Appointments begin with an initial consultation, which starts an assessment and formulation process to understand your situation and consider what support may be most helpful. In some cases, gaining sufficient clarity involves further assessment sessions before a clinical recommendation is made.
Recommendations are typically discussed in a separate feedback session, where options and next steps are outlined clearly. These may include focused therapeutic work, longer-term support, consultation, written guidance or reports to support other settings (such as schools), referral, or a combination of these. Any recommendations are discussed with you first, so you remain in control of decisions, timing, and costs.
For parents booking in relation to a child or adolescent:
The initial consultation is attended by parents or caregivers only, without the child present. This allows time to understand the concerns, family context, and any school or support systems involved before determining next steps.
If you’re unsure which appointment type to select, book the Individual Initial Consultation — we can adjust if needed.
Not Sure Yet?
If you’re unsure whether this approach is the right fit, you’re welcome to get in touch with a brief description of your situation. I’m happy to let you know whether a consultation is likely to be appropriate. Please note that I’m unable to provide therapeutic advice or recommendations via email. Enquiries are reviewed periodically, and I may not be able to respond immediately.
