Principal Therapist | Complex Relational Care
Working with individuals, couples, and families when relational situations become complex, strained, or difficult to resolve through standard counselling alone.
Couples
This service is for couples navigating relational strain, repeated conflict, loss of trust, or significant life transitions that are placing pressure on the relationship.
Couple work prioritises assessment of relational patterns and dynamics, followed by structured intervention aimed at stabilisation, improved communication, and forward movement.
The pace and intensity of work are guided by the complexity of the situation rather than a fixed session schedule.
Families
This service is for families experiencing complex or escalating dynamics, including situations where multiple stressors, developmental needs, or behavioural challenges are interacting within the system.
Family work is guided by systems-based assessment and thoughtful intervention to support containment, clearer roles, and more sustainable functioning.
Where indicated, longer or more focused sessions may be recommended to adequately support change.
